Carver Authorized Service

Norbern Electronics is the authorized service center for the 

rocky mountain region. Carver is currently in chapter 11 bankruptcy.

Bob Carver sold Carver and started a new company called

Sunfire.  The new owners of Carver declared bankruptcy soon thereafter.

Bob is currently in the process of reorganizing Carver in an effort to save it.

Bob looks forward to the day when Carver will once again stand for the highest

quality in home audio.

Carver equipment may be brought in or shipped to us via UPS. Please box equipment

in original packing. Equipment not packaged properly can get damaged in shipping

causing additional repair charges. UPS will not cover insured equipment that is

improperly boxed. We will not use unacceptable boxes to return ship your unit.

Additional charges may be applied for new packaging and box.

 Please include a check for $49.95 to cover our diagnostic fee.

You may also call with a credit card number over the phone.

We will contact you with a total parts and labor charge before we repair you unit.

The $49.95 diagnostic fee does get applied to the final charges.

If you do not approve the repair estimate you will be responsible for return shipping charges.

The diagnostic fee does not get applied to shipping charges.
