FAQ

How long will it take to repair my equipment?

Average repair time is about 10 working days. Repairs that require ordering parts on average take longer than repairs that don't require parts ordering. Rush repair is available on request. 

Why is there a diagnostic fee?

The diagnostic fee allows us to start work on your equipment. This will eliminate the guess work associated with a "free estimate".  We will provide you with an accurate parts and labor charge for your repair not a high-low range. This will help you decide whether or not to have your unit repaired.    

Is it cheaper to replace than repair?

If the repair exceeds replacement cost than yes. Often times customers will go shopping after they receive an estimate to see if replacement is the way to go. We are happy to hold your equipment during this time. There are a lot of factors that go into a decision on whether or not to repair. Please feel free to give us a call with any further questions.

Do you do the repairs in house or send them out?

All repairs are done at our location. With the rare exception of some equipment needing factory repairs.

How much is it going to cost to repair my equipment?

After doing a diagnostic we will call you with an guaranteed estimate. The diagnostic fee will be applied to the final charges. The diagnostic fee is not refundable if you do not have your equipment repaired.

Do you sell new equipment, parts or accessories?

No.  Our focus is service not sales.

Do I need an appointment to bring in my equipment?

No. You may bring in your equipment any time during normal business hours.

Do you repair TV's or Computers?

No.
